A GREAT START FOR WONDERFUL HOME MADE SOUP! (GRANDMA WAS RIGHT, YOU KNOW) JUST PLACE IN BOILING WATER AND TURN DOWN TO SIMMER FOR A TASTY BROTH, JUST LIKE GRANDMA MADE! Add your choice to the hearty broth:onion, garlic, vegetables and rice, or noodles (when's the last time you had good ole ghicken noodle soup?)(Or real chicken gravy?)
*great idea for instant boullion: pour prepared and cooled broth into icecube trays and freeze,,,,crack the cubes out of the trays and into a freezer container: Instant boullion to add zest to any meal. Good to use as part of the liquid in your mashed potatoes, or any vegetable, or as a gravy base. I use it for stir=fry, defrosted and mixed with either corn starch or arrowroot powder to thicken and flavor the sauce.
