Welcome to Upstate Locally Grown Market

How it works:

Our market is designed to mirror the flavor, quality, service and grower commitment found at traditional farmers markets. We (you) are a part of the movement to bring real food back and to conserve the earth’s resources.
The system is meant to emulate many aspects of a traditional “booths and tables” farmers’ market. The customers are buying directly from the grower, at prices set by the grower. The grower describes what is available, supplies photos of the items, and sets the purchase price.
Order online directly from the grower! Our Market cuts out the middle man. •

  • Trial Order:* guest membership to try us out. Go to Your Account to sign up today.
  • Our main purpose is to support local agriculture in a farm-to table distribution program. Prices of items and handling charges are designed to cover the cost of production and the cost of maintaining the market system.
Huge selection to choose from: over 300 seasonal, local products and services to choose from.
Convenient Pick ups: We offer several convenient pick up locations around the Upstate, close to work or home.
Free newsletter and availability list: Weekly newsletter with notification of market’s ordering window as well as the list of everything available on Upstate Locally Grown that week, recipes, gardening tips, community events and much more.

Why Support Locally Grown?

Supporting a way of life: The number of small farms in the United States has decreased dramatically in the last decade. Help preserve an honest and worthy means of making a living. (No Farms, No Food)
Enhance local economy: By purchasing produce and other items from local growers you are providing stability to your local economy through the support of local businesses.
Freshness: Locally Grown foods are the freshest you can find anywhere! Produce is picked to order not before. Eggs are packed just before delivery. You will be amazed at the difference in taste that “fresh” makes.
Save natural resources: Buying locally makes you a valuable link in the process of saving resources such as fossil fuels and packaging materials. We are right here in your community, so the expense of transportation and delivery is kept to a minimum.
Provide learning opportunities: Locally Grown supporters provide member growers the means to help educate our community about the importance of sustainable agriculture.

Our team of Growers We welcome passionate Upstate producers to join us!
On Our Growers page we’ll introduce you to the farmers who produce your foods. You can be confident knowing that all of our growers adhere to a strict food safety program and are committed to a sustainable way of life.
